In March of this year, 247 incidents of violence against women and children took place. Among them, 38 cases of rape, 9 cases of organized rape, 1 case of rape and murder. Again, 2 disabled women were raped.
The information has been highlighted in “Human Rights Situation Monitoring Report March, 2024” sent by human rights organization Human Rights Culture Foundation (MSF). MSF sent this report to the media today. This report is prepared every month by MSF by analyzing data from various newspapers.
According to the report, according to information published in various media and collected by MSF, incidents of rape, gang rape, murder and domestic violence occurred in March. In this case, even though there is a law in the country to prevent violence against women and children, the relevant people have not seen an effective role in suppressing the crime.
